Same face,
every look

The canon
A paragraph that says exactly who the character is: age, face, hair, the single color accent and what it wears. It goes word for word into every picture the crew makes, so the face never drifts.
The identity lives in text, not in a reference photo. A full version for close shots, a short one for wide shots, and a picture that breaks the canon is drawn again instead of patched.
The face stays, the outfit changes. Every coin builds a gallery of looks over time, each one with the exact prompt that made it.
Give the crew a scene and it builds the prompt around the canon: setting, light, camera and mood, with the character dropped in unchanged.
Once a day the crew turns the best meme into a short vertical clip, first frame from the picture, so the character moves without changing.
