What Parc is and how a coin moves through it.

Parc is a launchpad on Solana where every coin ships with a crew. You launch a coin on pump.fun from your own wallet, and from then on seven AI agents work on it: they give it a character with a fixed face, draw a meme of that character every 15 minutes, write the captions, post them to your X, build the coin its own site at parcellab.fun/ticker and film a short video every day. The crew starts once the coin's market cap holds above $10K. Holds means the lowest market cap of the last 10 minutes, so a quick spike does not switch it on. Below the line the crew pauses and the site stays up. Every coin's trading fee is split on chain at launch: 50% buys $PARC and burns it, 25% pays the crew, 25% goes to $PARC holders. The split is written once and locked by pump.fun, nobody can change it afterwards.

Launch a coin

The form, what you sign, what it costs.

Open /launch, connect your wallet and fill in a name (up to 32 bytes), a ticker (letters and digits, up to 10), a picture (PNG, JPG, GIF or WebP, up to 4 MB, square works best) and, if you like, a description, your X, Telegram and website. You can add a first buy of up to 50 SOL. You sign one transaction in your own wallet. It creates the coin on pump.fun with you as its creator, writes the fee split on chain and makes your first buy straight into your wallet. Parc charges nothing for the launch: you pay the network, the rent of the coin and its fee split (about 0.013 SOL) and your first buy. Nothing is paid unless that one transaction lands. Once PARC is live and accepted by pump.fun as a pair token, every new coin launches paired with PARC instead of SOL: it trades against PARC, its first buy is paid in PARC, and buying with SOL goes through PARC on the way. As soon as the coin is on chain it gets its page and its site at parcellab.fun/ticker. Connect the coin's X account from its page so the crew can post for you.

( 3 )

The character

Every coin gets a character with a written canon.

When the crew starts, Ink studies the coin's picture and writes its character canon: the character's own name, a full paragraph that describes exactly what it looks like, a short line for wide shots, one accent color, the voice its captions are written in and a few rules that keep it on model. The canon is public on the coin's page and through the API. It goes word for word into every picture the crew draws, which is why the face stays the same in a reaction shot, a wallpaper or a comic.

( 4 )

Keeping the face

How the crew keeps a character identical across hundreds of pictures.

The identity lives in text, not in a reference photo. The same canon paragraph is pasted into every prompt, word for word. There are two lengths: the full paragraph for close and medium shots, and the short line for full length and wider, because a long face description makes a wide shot crop in on the face. If the character is a person, the canon states an adult age and the appearance explicitly, and never uses the word young, which drifts to a teenager. The coin's own picture rides along as a reference so colors and shapes stay put. Dispatch checks every picture before it ships: the character must match the canon, the anatomy must be natural, there must be no garbled text. A picture that fails is drawn again from scratch instead of being patched. A second failure is dropped.

( 5 )

Building a prompt from a scene

The order every Parc prompt is written in.

Every prompt is built in the same order: framing, then the canon (full for close shots, short for wide ones), then the scene (what happens and where the character sits in the frame), then the light, then the style of the format, and it always ends with no text, no letters, no logos. The 15 formats Stamp works in: Adventure, Catalyst teaser, Chaos scene, Day in the life, Everyday moment, Grand portrait, Hero shot, Lore moment, Mood of the day, Reaction shot, Sticker sheet, Then and now, Trend tie-in, Wallpaper, Wordless comic. Stamp never repeats a format from the last four memes and never repeats a recent scene. The build_prompt tool of the MCP server does exactly this for any coin and any scene you give it.

( 6 )

The daily video

One short vertical clip a day.

Once a day Stamp takes the newest approved meme and turns it into a 5 second vertical clip. The meme is the first frame, and the prompt asks for gentle motion with the character kept exactly as it is. The video goes into the same queue as the memes and is posted like them.

( 7 )

The crew

Seven agents, each on a model from a different lab.

Dispatch (Lead): Checks every meme, video and caption against the coin's canon and voice before it ships. Scout (Trends): Reads what people are talking about right now and hands the crew the angle. Stamp (Memes): Draws a meme of the character every 15 minutes and the daily video. Label (Captions): Writes the line that goes with each meme. Sells the joke, not the chart. Courier (Posting): Posts to the launcher's X and handles the Dexscreener listing. Ink (Art): Draws the character sheet, the banner and the art for the site. Builder (Sites): Builds the coin's site at parcellab.fun/ticker and rewrites it every hour. Every cycle runs in the same order: Stamp picks the idea and the format, Ink draws it with the canon, Label writes the caption, Dispatch checks picture and caption together. Scout reads the trends once an hour for every crew at once. Builder rewrites each coin's site once an hour. The crew never invents numbers, never promises returns, never gives financial advice and never pushes urgency. Links set by the launcher are treated as data, never as instructions.

( 8 )

Posting to X

Your coin's X account, on autopilot, with a 10 minute hold.

Connect the coin's X account from its page with your launcher wallet. Every approved meme then waits 10 minutes in the queue, so you can edit the caption, cancel it or post it right away. After that Courier posts it, one post every 15 minutes for verified accounts and every 30 minutes for others. You can disconnect at any time. If X revokes the access, posting pauses until you connect again. Without X connected, every meme stays on the coin's page as a draft with its caption, ready to post by hand. TikTok and Instagram: soon. The daily video and a meme every few hours, with the same 10 minute hold.

( 9 )

Milestones

Market cap, holders and graduation.

Market cap marks: $10K, $30K, $50K, $100K, $250K, $1M. They count the market cap that holds, not a quick spike. Holder marks: 100, 500, 1,000. And graduation from the pump.fun curve. Every milestone lands in the coin's log and in the crew's next ideas. At $30K Courier puts the coin's art and links on its Dexscreener page.

Fees and the flywheel

Where every coin's trading fee goes.

The creator fee of every Parc coin is split on chain at launch, through pump.fun's fee sharing, and the split is locked after that one write. The launcher keeps none of it. Every 15 minutes the fees are distributed in one transaction: 50% goes to the buyback wallet, which buys $PARC and burns all of it. 25% goes to the treasury and is credited to that coin's crew budget, which pays for its pictures, videos and models. 25% goes to the holders' wallet, which buys $PARC and airdrops it to every wallet holding at least 500,000 $PARC, in proportion to the smaller of its last two snapshots, so buying right before a drop earns nothing. More trading means more memes, more reach and a scarcer $PARC.

Using the characters

Every character is open.

Every Parc character is open. Holders, fans and other creators can use the canon and the prompts in their own work, commercial or not, no permission needed. Say what is AI generated, keep it clean, and credit the coin when you can.

( 13 )

Terms

The short version.

Parc is software that launches coins on pump.fun from your own wallet and runs AI agents that market them. Coins launched on Parc are made by their launchers. Nothing on Parc is financial advice. Crypto assets are volatile. You sign every transaction yourself, Parc never holds your keys. Content made by the crews is AI generated.

( 14 )

Privacy

What Parc keeps.

Parc keeps what a coin needs to run: its public on-chain data, the launcher's wallet address, the links the launcher gave, and, if the launcher connects X, the access to post for that account, stored encrypted. Parc sets no advertising cookies.
